Visit to Neuchâtel and vigil for Saint Silouan the Athonite

With the Lord’s help, on Saturday, 23 September 2023, Nepsis Switzerland organised an outing to Neuchâtel, after which we went to meet Father Marius at the Romanian parish in Neuchâtel in order to serve the vigil of Saint Silouan the Athonite.

We also had a plan for visiting the city of Neuchâtel, starting with the historic centre and its medieval fountains. We admired the murals as well, then the Castle and the Collegiate Church. From there we walked down to the Utopia Footbridge and headed towards the Red Church. As evening came, we took a bus to the Orthodox parish, where we prayed together until night fell.
